DTL operates across the UK offering specialist services to clients supporting and operating fixed and mobile networks. Design, Install, Commission, Engineering (DICE) Telecoms Ltd was founded on 11/11/2022, the company directors have extensive experience delivering services across all major fixed and mobile networks.
Our focus is using our technical and project capabilities to ensure projects are delivered safely and right first time. This is supported by an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Martin Keise
Director
Martin developed his telecoms skills in the Royal Corps of Signals, serving for over 6 years and seeing active duty in Bosnia. Since then Martin has progressed his career in Nokia, T-Mobile and Huawei, both in the UK and abroad. Most recently he was the CEO for a services contractor delivering to Vodafone, Ericsson and Nokia. Martin has strong technical competence in project delivering mobile and fixed telecoms projects. Outside work he is a keen runner, having completed several marathons and an ultra-endurance event where he covered 70 miles in 17 hours.
